das.projekt 360° serves the assessment of individual projects – from the perspective of the project manager, his supervisor, and the project team members. The test evaluates which project management methods have been used. Here it is assumed that projects require an appropriate level of project management methodology to successfully reach project goals.
The various roles (the project manager, his supervisor, project team members) answer questions about the individual project phases by choosing the most fitting answer for them. das.projekt 360° comprises six separate phases, which are listed below:
- Project Assignment
- Project Start
- Project Coordination
- Project Controlling
- Project Marketing
- Project Completion
After project completion das.projekt 360° provides an inquiry report with detailed analysis. This shows in understandable terms which project-management methods were applied in what phase of the project. This gives both successfully completed projects and projects which encountered great difficulty valuable feedback from das.projekt 360°: connections between applied project management methods and project results are made visible in this way.
Usually das.projekt 360° is carried out in the final phase of a project. In some situations, it can make additional sense to perform the online test during a project. For example, if the project planning is to be analyzed in the project's starting phase. Implementing the online test during a project is however not a substitute for carrying out the test after the completion of the project.
Who is das.projekt 360° aimed at?
The online test is designed for project teams (the project manager, his supervisor, project team members). Since das.projekt 360 ° asks for feedback on all project phases, a stable team composition throughout all phases is helpful. However, the nature or size of the project is unimportant.
After completing the online test, a report and a detailed evaluation of the extent of applied project management methods is created for each project phase.
