FeedbackDialog changes with new CEO 

FeedbackDialog is going with time and stays young – with a new CEO and a new web appearance. Egbert Schram, former Business Development Director has taken on the position of the CEO. Seppo Savolainen will stay with us too: Still enthusiastic and ambitious in the new role Chairman of the board. With the change in the management, we changed our look and feel. FeedbackDialog presents itself in a new look that underlines our core values flexible, young and people-oriented.

Egbert Schram started to work with FeedbackDialog Oy in 2006. He took on the lead of exploring the Benelux market in order to start local operations as first market outside of Finland. He continued the internationalization of the company as a Business Development Director until mid-2011 – when he was elected CEO.  

FeedbackDialog Oy has become a well-known market player for evaluation tools and research automation. The new slogan “Linking People to Profit” stands for what we do and want to continue doing. We have a strong belief in strategic HR. Therefore, we follow our goal to provide evaluation tools that enable strategic HR.
